Zazu Davy Sleeptrainer
Help your child develop a healthy sleep routine with the Zazu Davy sleeptrainer. Designed to teach children when it is time to stay in bed and when it is okay to wake up, this friendly sleeptrainer makes mornings smoother for the whole family. With its engaging visual cues and gentle nightlight, Davy makes sleep training easy and fun.
Davy uses simple colour signals and open or closed eyes to indicate sleep and wake times. When it is bedtime, Davy’s eyes close, the nightlight glows red to signal that it is time to rest. As the morning approaches, the nightlight turns orange, twelve little stars disappear one by one, counting down the last 30 minutes of sleep.
>When it is time to wake up, Davy’s eyes open, the nightlight turns green, letting your child know it is okay to get out of bed.
Encouraging Better Sleep Habits
Establishing a consistent sleep routine can be challenging, especially when little ones wake up too early. The Zazu Davy sleeptrainer provides a simple solution by using visual and light-based cues that children can easily understand. This helps them learn to stay in bed longer, reducing those early morning wake-ups and giving parents much-needed rest,
For added convenience, Davy also functions as an alarm clock for older children. The sound alarm operates separately from the sleep training function, making it a long-term sleep companion as your child grows.
Customisable for Your Child’s Needs
Every child is different, which is why the Zazu Davy sleeptrainer offers multiple settings to suit your child’s routine. Parents can adjust the brightness of the nightlight, choose from four volume levels, set nap timers ranging from 3 to 180 minutes. The nightlight can remain on all night for extra comfort or switch off automatically to save energy.
Designed for Safety and Ease of Use
Made from child-safe ABS materials, the Zazu Davy sleeptrainer is durable and easy to use. The simple controls and child lock mechanism ensure that little hands cannot change the settings. The device is powered by a USB cable (included) or four AA batteries (not included), making it portable and suitable for travel.

I ordered the dog version but it was on back order so the lovely staff actually called me to see if I wanted to change to the sheep version which was in stock and is essentially the same. It’s a great product my only criticism (and these are super picky), some elements of the screen are very small. Other than that I can’t fault it. Our 3y/o daughter loves it. She’s excited to see the sheep close its eyes. She understands the colours and has slept later than normal using this (she was an early waker and then would get up). We are only starting to teach her how to read a clock but I have no doubt that the simultaneous digital and analog display will make it easy for her to use either method.
