Be assured, we strictly adhere to the Australian Standards for car seat installation, which requires an anchor bolt. If your car lacks a pre-installed anchor bolt (a rarity), we’ll guide you to a service center where it can be added at your cost. Refer to your vehicle’s manual or contact the manufacturer for further details.

Our store also carries a complete selection of extension straps, anchor bolts, and other accessories for purchase if required.

Don’t worry if you didn’t buy your seat from us or you need to have it re-installed. We’re still able to conduct the installation for a charge of $50, in addition to any necessary accessories such as anchor bolts or extension straps. We will also guide you through the daily and weekly checks you have to carry out.

For a 19-Point Safety Check Service, we charge $25.
