How do I redeem my VIP pricing online?
Use the same email you joined with. Your VIP price applies automatically to eligible full-priced items at checkout (exclusions apply). If it doesn’t appear, contact [email protected] for help.
Can I use VIP pricing with sale items, bundles or other offers?
VIP pricing applies to full-priced items only unless a promotion clearly states otherwise. It excludes gift cards, services, bundles, clearance and already-reduced items. Some brands/items may be excluded due to supplier pricing policies.
How often will you email me?
