Why It Matters: Beware of Grey Market Sellers

Many overseas websites sell baby products that:

• Are not certified to Australian safety standards
• Come with no valid Australian warranty
• Require you to send faulty items overseas for repair, which can take weeks or months

With Bubs n Grubs, you’re protected under Australian Consumer Law and supported by a 100% Australian-owned business.

Product Integrity Guaranteed

• All items are brand new and unused – never ex-returns
• You’ll receive your item in manufacturer-sealed packaging
• Guaranteed hygiene, performance and structural integrity for your baby’s safety

Returns Policy

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection

Please check specifications carefully or contact our friendly team for guidance before purchasing – we’re happy to help you choose the right product.
