ISOFIX Installation – ISOGO vs Traditional ISOFIX
The Maxi-Cosi Mico Plus uses ISOGO, which includes green tension indicators to visually confirm correct installation.

The Britax Unity also uses ISOFIX lower connectors, however it does not include the same visual tension indicators.
Incorrect installation remains one of the most common child restraint issues seen in Australia.

Side Impact Protection
The Maxi-Cosi Mico Plus includes Air Protect technology, which uses an internal air cushioning system around the head area to help manage impact forces.

The Britax Unity uses a different protection approach and does not feature the same internal air-cushion design.
