Our playpens, play yards and door barriers are designed to keep your children and pets safe. Our products are designed, manufactured and tested to meet ATSM safety standards.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Australia does not currently have any safety standards on door barriers and playpens. Children’s safety products are imported from other countries and DO NOT have to comply with any type of regulations in Australia. We however, built our products to comply with ATSM safety standards.

Should your purchase prove faulty within the warranty period you can return your product to us and we will forward your repair to the genuine supplier repair department at no charge to you and you are protected by the Australian Consumer Law. Beware of Grey Market Importers Online

Grey Market Importers do not purchase their products from Australian suppliers. This means that should your item prove faulty within the warranty period you may need to return the product to an overseas address (which can take months) or your item may be repaired by someone who has not been certified to perform such work.  Worse – it may not meet the Australian Safety standards as we have seen several overseas “no name brands” and “baby store brands” recently in this situation.
