Customer service was great and shipping was fast. In regards to the product – fits cups and bottles perfectly. Come with 3 clips which is great if you lose one or one breaks. Uppababy have put a pretty big price on this item though

Product came very quickly in the mail. Fitted to the pram easily and fits a variety of cup sizes. It’s a snug fit so the cup doesn’t fall out. Love it.

I’m yet to use the cup holder, but found that the delivery and communication with bubs and grubs to be fantastic! Kept me informed with what was going on with my order as I had one other product that they were waiting for. It all still came in pretty quickly, so I was really impressed that they valued my time.

We’re really pleased with our cup holder and keeps our drinks in place really well! As someone mentioned previously, it does snap off when folding the pram to put in or take out of the car, so we just take it off each time. Other than that, it’s great!

Easy to attach and fits my coffee cup perfectly! We take off when we put in the car as am mindful of it snapping off.
