With the Wooden Playpen Giant 8 Panel you can convert it into many different shapes and sizes. From a square 1.1 meter to a rectangle 2.1 meter to a hexagonal which is 2.1 meters at all points or a giant square which is 2.1 meters!
Below are the configuration options:

- rectangle: 2.1 meters 1.1 meters x 61cm high.
- hexagon: 2.1 meters at all points x 61cm high.

When that time finally arrived (when bub had mastered enough of a crawl to scuttle quickly from his play area) and I could no longer leave him unattended for five minutes, while I retrieved the washing from the laundry etc. I knew it was time to get on the BubsGrubs website to price and decide upon an appropriate playpen. This playpen was a good purchase, it is a bit on the light side so we won’t be using it in the open room we originally purchased it for but have it set up in another room where it works well. Has helped a lot with being able to do house work while I can see bub and I know she is safe and not getting into anything she shouldn’t. I do like how it’s a large pen but doesn’t take up heaps of room. Bubs and Grubs service was excellent, our order was on it’s way the very next day. Will be purchasing through them again.

It’s too way too light my 8 moth old just pushes the 8 panels around and it has no grip on carpet or wooden floors. The Joiners don’t lock together well and can be difficult to connect together. There is surprisingly minimal angles you can have them go off on so unless you want a square or Octagon your out of luck. Connecting two panels in a straight line has no strength and bows enough that my 8 month old has fallen over using it to stand up. Personally I would not buy this again, for the same price there are better ones out there. I have now replaced it for a plastic one for the same price and was much happier with that. I’m sorry I can’t say good things but mine is now just taking up room in my shed and I don’t want somebody else to buy this and not have enough money to replace it when they also realize it’s useless. I don’t even think it looks nice and had several comments from people saying it looks cheap. I’m sorry bubsngrubs but I was happy with the delivery time.

Hi Kevin, I am sorry that you personally do not like it.
Your playpen is one of the few that has been tested to ASTM standards that are sold in Australia. It is of high quality as far as timber playpens go.
We recommend to customers if it is on a hard or smooth floor to purchase EVA mat and cut it to fit inside their desired shape thus giving a soft floor, holds its shape, and not able to be pushed around.

Great product, and perfectly suited to my 9 month old grand daughter. You make it bigger or smaller by adding or removing panels. The extra panels have been used to protect other vulnerable areas. It’s even great for the adults to hide in when the kids get too boisterous!

I thought of buying another plastic and colorful for my baby but end up with this Wooden Playpen Giant 8 Panel. I am so happy as i can change the shape of playpen depend on how big is the play area. Additionally, my baby can hold the panel to stand up easily. I took out 1 star since it looks so simple non-colorful.
