Grey Market Importers do not purchase their products from Australian suppliers. This means that should your item prove faulty within the warranty period you may need to return the product to an overseas address (which can take months) or your item may be repaired by someone who has not been certified to perform such work. Worse – it may not meet the Australian Safety standards as we have seen several overseas “no name brands” and “baby store brands” recently in this situation.

We were kept in constant contact with the store, our item was not in stock and they kept us updated with an arrival time. We cannot fault their customer service! We’re very happy with our Uppababy travel bag. We bought the Uppababy Vista pram and want to protect it from getting dirty or damaged when travelling by plane. Besides Uppababy ensures your pram from damage cause by the airline if you pack the pram in their travel bag. Bubs n Grubs had by far the best price for this product and the service was great! Received the bag but haven’t used it yet. Figure if I’ve spent a lot on the pram I may as well spend money on protecting it. quality is great, packs up smaller than expected. Feel like the bag is quite expensive but definitely cheapest on bubs n grubs.
