The Thule Urban Glide 2 is ideal for the parent who wants a true all-round sports stroller which is practical as an every day pram, yet more than capable of being used for jogging. It has a sleek and lightweight design making it perfect for urban mobility or jogging on your favorite path. At 11.4Kg’s this is an amazing true jogging pram.
As a testament to the quality of this product, Thule offer up to 3 years warranty in total on the Pram. It comes with 2 years warranty on the whole pram. In fact, they even cover wear and tear on the fabrics for the first two years.
If you register it with them after purchasing, they extend the warranty on the frame for manufacturing faults to 2 years!
As a result of our extensive research for a true all rounder, we found the The Thule Urban Glide 2. The biggest issue is that most jogging style prams are not truly designed to be jogging capable. They call them 3 wheel jogger’s but they simply are not ideal for jogging.
The Thule Urban Glide 2 is that true all rounder.
The Drive Train:
Due to the Front pivoting & locking wheel, you can easily choose from running mode to normal urban mode. Just twist the knob and the front wheel can be either free pivoting or locked forwards or backwards for running and/or use in sand or even snow. There are no tools required. A simple tracking adjustment will ensure simple straight strolling, no matter what the terrain is.
For the Runner – it has excellent Kick Stride giving you plenty of room to run!
As a result of the Thule rear suspension system your child will enjoy a smooth ride due to up to 35mm of suspension travel. What makes it special is that Thule have been able to make it both lightweight and low maintenance. It even has a protective cover which keeps dust and moisture out.
The Integrated twist hand brake provides speed control on hilly terrain.
The custom 16 inch rear wheels and large front molded quick release wheels ensure it is easy to push at higher speeds. All three wheels are both rugged and stylish whilst being rust free and reliable. By using High Quality bearings, it is built to last.
With CTS’s push button release axle feature for quick removal, packing it for travel in the boot of your car will be easy.
