What do I have to do to get a Joolz lifetime warranty?
Joolz offers lifetime warranty on a selection of its pushchairs: the Joolz Day³, Joolz Hub & Joolz Geo². To be eligible for the lifetime warranty, all you have to do is register your Joolz pushchair on register.joolz.com within six months of purchase and keep your original proof of purchase, including a purchase date. By registering your Joolz pushchair, you explicitly agree to the terms of the lifetime warranty forth herein. Please note that this lifetime warranty is only valid for the original owner and is not transferable. For availability of the lifetime warranty in your country, please check our website.
We cover all material and manufacturing faults of the Joolz pushchair. To ensure that your warranty is valid, the use of your pushchair must be in accordance with our user manual and instruction movies.

We cover all material and manufacturing faults of the Joolz pushchair. To ensure that your warranty is valid, the use of your pushchair must be in accordance with our user manual and instruction movies. This lifetime warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable.
There is something wrong with my Joolz pushchair. What should I do now?
If your Joolz pushchair is no longer working properly, you should contact the store where you bought it. If you purchased the pushchair at the Joolz webshop, please contact the Joolz customer service. Depending on the problem, we will give you an advice and come up with a suitable solution. In any case, we will ensure that your pushchair is “on the road” again as quickly as possible, either through repair or (temporary) replacement.
What does ‘lifetime’ mean?
The period of time during which the original owner uses the Joolz pushchair for his/her child(ren). The warranty is not transferable and immediately expires if you give away or sell your Joolz pushchair.
What is NOT covered by Joolz’ two-year or lifetime warranty?
Our warranty does not cover:
- Defects caused by ordinary wear and tear, such as worn wheels and fabrics by everyday use, scratches on the aluminium and/or metal and natural discolouration of materials over time or by not following the maintenance instructions
- Damage to wheels such as holes and tears
- Damage caused by accidents, improper use, negligence, fire, contact with liquids or another external cause
- Damage resulting from non-compliance with the instruction manual, instruction movies or other Joolz guidelines
- Damage caused by another product, including accessories
- Damage by service or repair by an unofficial representative of Joolz
- Air transportation or freight damage
This warranty is limited to consumer – buyers of the product for their personal use, personal family or household purposes. This warranty does not extend to unauthorized purchasers of the product intended for resale or for purchasers who intend to use this product for commercial use such as rental of the product to others.
The warranty does not apply when the pushchair is bought at an un-authorized retailer. A list of authorized Joolz retailers can be found here.
Who can register for the lifetime warranty?
The original purchaser can register the product online to obtain the lifetime warranty in his or her name. Did you receive the Joolz pushchair as a gift? Then you can register the Joolz pushchair in your name. Don’t forget to ask the one that gave it to you for the proof of purchase, including a purchase date, in order to complete your registration.
When does the Joolz’ two-year and lifetime warranty apply?
Both our lifetime warranty and two-year warranty are recognized by your official Joolz retailer and applies only to the first owner. To be eligible for the lifetime warranty, you need the proof of purchase of your Joolz pushchair including a purchase date and the warranty certificate that you receive after you have registered your Joolz pushchair on register.joolz.com within six months of purchase. If you did not register your Joolz pushchair within six months of purchase, or if your pushchair does not qualify for lifetime warranty, you will automatically receive a two-year warranty and will be asked to provide your original proof of purchase, including the purchase date, at the time of service.
Do accessories have a lifetime warranty?
No. All accessories have a two-year warranty period.
Is wear and tear covered in the two-year or lifetime warranty?
No. All our Joolz pushchairs and accessories are manufactured according to strict international safety and quality standards. No matter how well you take care of your Joolz product, at some point you will see some wear and tear on tires, scratches on aluminium and/or metal or discolouration of fabric parts. This cannot be prevented. So, our warranty applies to material and manufacturing faults, not to ordinary, everyday wear and tear.
Will my Joolz pushchair or accessory be repaired or replaced?
If the problem of your Joolz pushchair or accessory is caused by a material or manufacturing fault, we will send you a new part, repair the part or if your Joolz product cannot be repaired, you will receive a new one from us. If your Joolz product is no longer available, we look for the type and colour that is most comparable. If your repair or replacement is covered by the warranty, the repair or replacement is free of charge, including the shipping costs to our service department and back to you. If the service to be provided is not covered by the warranty, we will ask you to cover the costs.
What does it cost to have my Joolz product repaired?

Where can I view the status of my repair?
Information about your repair can be obtained from your Joolz retailer, or if you have purchased it through the Joolz webshop you can contact the Joolz customer service.
Can I order spare parts for my Joolz pushchair myself?
You can order spare parts at a Joolz retailer or via the Joolz website. If you need something that is not available through the webshop, please contact the Joolz customer service or the retailer where you bought your pushchair for advice.
How long are spare parts available?
Most Joolz spare parts are available for up to two years after the last production date.
What do spare parts cost?
The cost depends on the part you need. The price can be obtained via an official Joolz retailer or via our customer service department.
How do I send my Joolz, if it needs to be repaired?
Please do this through your Joolz retailer. They are aware of our warranty forms and are happy to help you. You need two things: your original proof of purchase including purchase date and your personal warranty certificate (which you received after registration). If your repair is under warranty, we will pay the shipping costs to and from our service department. If the service to be provided is not covered by the warranty, we will ask you to cover the costs.
Did you buy the Joolz pushchair at our webshop?
Please contact our customer service. We will pick up your Joolz pushchair or the part to be repaired free of charge. You will need to arrange a suitable box yourself. We therefore recommend that you keep the original packaging.
What happens if a part is no longer available and my Joolz pushchair cannot be repaired?
When the problem of your Joolz pushchair or accessory is caused by a material or manufacturing fault, we will send you a new part or repair the part. This is always free of charge. If your Joolz product cannot be repaired, you will receive a new one from us free of charge. We will replace the damaged part or accessory with the same model. Is the (lifetime) warranty transferable?
The warranty is not transferable and therefore immediately expires if you give away or sell your Joolz pushchair.
Why is the lifetime warranty only on selected Joolz pushchairs?
We want to offer you extra service on our newest pushchair models.
Why does the lifetime warranty not apply in all countries?
We want to offer you the best service. And, to keep our quality as high as possible, we implement the lifetime warranty in phases. This means that (eventually) there will be lifetime warranty in your country, only at a later stage.
