Prams, car seats, cots, mattresses and other items purchased from non Australian Distributors are modified and tested to meet the Australian Safety Standards.  You will not have this issue when you Purchase from Bubs n Grubs!

Should your purchase prove faulty within the warranty period you can return your product to us and we will forward your repair to the genuine supplier repair department at no charge to you and you are protected by the Australian Consumer Law. Bubs n Grubs is wholly Australian owned and operated and also believes in only supporting Australian companies.

Beware of Grey Market Importers Online

Grey Market Importers do not purchase their products from Australian suppliers. This means that should your item prove faulty within the warranty period you may need to return the product to an overseas address (which can take months) or your item may be repaired by someone who has not been certified to perform such work.  Worse – it may not meet the Australian Safety standards as we have seen several overseas “no name brands” and “baby store brands” recently in this situation.
