About Ubbi

Ubbi was born in 2011 when new dad and engineer Tom Sakaguchi set out to solve a common parenting problem – nappy pails that didn’t contain odour. Working with designers and engineers, he created the first powder-coated steel nappy pail with rubber seals and no need for expensive refill bags.

 

This innovation launched the Ubbi brand under Pearhead Inc., a Brooklyn-based company dedicated to designing thoughtful, parent-friendly products.
