Bubs n Grubs despatch orders the same day we receive them providing that the item is in stock and the order is received before 4pm. Sometimes we will still be able to dispatch after 4pm but there is no guarantee if the order is after 4pm. Online Tracking: If your items are being dispatched by Hunters Express or Couriers Please or Australia Post eParcel, then you will receive an email from them the day of dispatch with an ETA and the tracking information directly from their system which will enable you to see where your goods are at any point in time using their on-line system. If you would like an ETA on an item which is out of stock, you can submit a ticket using this system and we will respond accordingly advising you what the ETA is from the Manufacturer / Australian Distributor. When you log a support call - you MUST include your FULL NAME YOU USED WHEN YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER, ORDER DATE, and the PRODUCT YOU ORDERED. We will respond to you quickly.
