Listed below are the top Frequently Asked Questions. We not only offer beautiful pieces for the nursery but as parents ourselves we also offer practical advice. If you have any further questions / comments please email us.

Q.	Can I purchase the quilt separately or do I have to purchase the six piece bedding set?
A.	The quilt is supplied from the US manufacturer pre-packed in the six piece bedding set and is not sold as a separate item. We cannot break packs to pull out or substitute items.
Q.	Our nursery is larger than the standard 3x3m room and we also have cupboards. How long are the wallpaper borders?
A.	Most wallpaper borders are 9.1 metres long. Please measure your room before ordering and take into consideration windows, cupboards, etc.
Q.	My son is six months old and we want to move the musical mobile away from the cot. Do you have any suggestions?
A.	Most musical mobiles now come with a wall mount option included, so you don't have to pack it away but can wall mount it out of reach. How about near the change table?
Q.	Do your Fitted Sheets fit the Boori Cot?
A.	Yes. They are a perfect fit.
Q.	I have double windows in my daughter's nursery and you only have one window valance in the six piece set. What can I do?
A.	We do sell window valances in Lambs & Ivy as a separate item for customers with wide or multiple windows to cover.
Q.	I would like to buy the Little One lamp in the picture. Is it for sale?
A.	We cannot sell the lamps in the Lambs & Ivy ranges as they do not comply with Australian Standards. (They have US fittings)
Q.	Do you do lay-by?
A.	Yes we do.
Q.	Can I pick up my order from your store?
A.	YES - just place your order either via this site or over the phone and we will even shout you aa coffee to celebrate your purchase!
Q.	Do you deliver to remote areas in Australia?
A.	We deliver Australia-wide and have a partnership in place with Australia Post for competitive delivery charges and good service.
Q.	I would like to get a gift certificate for my sister. How do I go about it?
A.	Just click on the link on the left hand side to buy a gift certificate for the amount of your choice and your sister will receive it via email. She can then choose what ever product she likes and we will deliver it to her door!

White is timeless, innocent and relaxing. Cool or warm whites add balance to the nursery no matter how you wish to decorate. Here are some suggestions for some of our collections to help you take that first step! Remember these colours differ from swatches and real paint.
