At Bubs n Grubs, we believe in transparency, speed and value. That’s why we do not profit from delivery charges – we simply pass on the lowest possible freight costs we’ve negotiated with our trusted courier partners.

Important Seasonal Delivery Notes
Please note: During December, January, EOFY, Black Friday and other peak periods, courier delays and warehouse closures may affect delivery times. While we always aim for prompt delivery, we cannot guarantee specific dates.
If an order has multiple items and one is on backorder, your order will not ship until all items have arrived. If you wish to part ship your order, you can contact us and pay the difference in shipping and it will be shipped separately.
How We Ship
- Most items are dispatched same day or within 24 hours of payment.
- We use Australia Post eParcel for most deliveries, with full transit insurance included.
- Bulky or heavy items may be shipped with Direct Freight Express or other leading freight companies.
- We deliver to homes, workplaces and PO boxes Australia-wide. Bulky items require a street address.
- Pick-up available from our Brisbane store: 4/229 Junction Road, Morningside QLD.
- If you have already paid for it to be delivered and have changed your mind and wish to pick it up after placing your order, we will provide you with an in-store credit in the form of a gift voucher for the shipping charge as long as you advise us before it has been dispatched.
Backorders & Stock Availability
If an item is out of stock with both us and the manufacturer, it will be placed on backorder and we will contact you with the estimated arrival time. For large items including nursery furniture, rare delays may extend to 12 weeks.
Regional & Remote Deliveries
Additional freight costs may apply for bulky items to certain remote areas. We’ll always confirm this before processing your order – if you’re not happy with the options, we’ll issue a full refund.
Transit Insurance & Damage Policy
- Always check your items upon delivery before signing.
- If you suspect damage, note it on the consignment or refuse delivery.
- Keep all original packaging and email photos to us immediately including photos of the boxes from all sides.
- If you give authority to leave, insurance will not apply and all risk transfers to you.
VIP Member Shipping
VIP discounts apply to products only, not shipping costs. Free shipping offers apply only to advertised items in our VIP program.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, but we will always communicate openly if this occurs.
We Sell Only Genuine Australian Products
